Our items are hand crafted and blended and made with love and care. Every effort is made to ensure the quality of our products.Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept exchanges or returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us within 14 days from initial purchase and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues. We do not issue refunds on any products if they have been opened or used.
Returns & Refunds
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the incorrect item was received by the customer. Your business is important to us. If your exchange/refund request does not meet the policy requirements, please contact us at email@example.com detailing your issue and we will do our best to work out a solution.
Sales items cannot be refunded or exchanged
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item was shipped incorrectly due to direct error by Myrrh and Moksha. Return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the sender. Goods need to be shipped via a courier service of your choice in order to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for items lost on return shipment.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
